Your choice of officiant and photographer from our network, plus an onsite coordinator who brings a Bluetooth speaker, cake and flowers. We meet you at the ceremony site.

The sweet spot: some getting-ready photos, then out to the ceremony site together. Cake and a little celebration at the ceremony spot, then you head to dinner on your own.

Photographer and coordinator meet you at your lodging for details, getting-ready and an optional first look. We convoy to the ceremony, do group photos, then a ceremonial cake cutting at the restaurant before dinner.

All packages include Wendee's planning and recommendations for nearby lodging, restaurants and hair & makeup. Bring your own officiant or self-solemnize and deduct $350 (not on Sweet & Simple). Extra time is $300 per half-hour. Permits, benches ($450–$550+), wedding-party florals ($150/set) and extra guests standing up are added to the package.

How it works
Sites, permits and the honest fine print
- Some sites — especially the “rogue” ones — need no permit and fold right into your package.
- Other sites ask you to book directly through their own permitting process.
- And some, like Rocky Mountain National Park, let us pull the permit on your behalf.
- Additional budget beyond the package: travel, attire, marriage license ($30), hair & makeup ($100–$300+), and dinner.
- Wooden bench rentals run $450–$550+ depending on destination, including delivery, setup, strike and return — or we bring a complimentary seat or two for guests who need one.
